The company KLYTIA PARIS SAS is a company created in 2017 whose headquarters are located at 10 place Vendome 75001 PARIS.

On this e-commerce website KLYTIA PARIS offers you our range of cosmetic products.

The present general conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between the company KLYTIA PARIS and its customer, both parties accepting them without reserve. The consumer declares to have the full legal capacity to commit himself under these general conditions.

The company reserves the possibility of adapting or modifying at any time the present general conditions of sale. In case of modifications, these will be applied to each order.

THE ORDER

The prices of the Products are indicated in euros. They take into account the V.A.T. applicable on the day of the order.

The price invoiced to the Buyer is the price indicated on the order confirmation sent by e-mail by KLYTIA.

All orders will be taken into account after the online payment.

As a general rule, information on the availability of products is indicated on this website.

After validation of the order we prepare your order within 48 hours.

The prices indicated do not take into account the packaging and delivery costs which will be invoiced in addition and will be specified to the User during the final validation of his order.

KLYTIA reserves the right, which the User accepts, to modify its prices at any time, but the Products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of the order, subject to the availability of the Products. The price in force is the one indicated on the Site, except for typographical errors.

Payment

It is specified that all payments will be made immediately on the Internet. Unless the server is unavailable, the User will have the choice during the validation of his order between the following payment methods

- by credit card for countries in the European
zoneCredit cards bearing the CB trademark, cards bearing only the Visa or Mastercard trademark whose acceptance has been approved by the GIE CB as well as cards issued within the framework of foreign or international networks approved by the GIE CB can be used

How to order

Navigation within the Site

The User may view the various Products offered for sale by KLYTIA PARIS SAS on the website www.klytia.paris. The User can browse freely on the different pages of the Site, without being committed to an order.

Placing an order

If the User wishes to place an order, he/she will select the various Products in which he/she is interested, and will express said interest by clicking on the "I buy" button.

Each new addition to the shopping cart will be indicated by the appearance of a specific screen.
At any time, the User may:
- obtain a summary of the Products he/she has selected or modify his/her order, by clicking on the "Shopping Cart" box located in the

- continue his selection of Products by clicking on "Continue",
- complete his selection of Products and order them by clicking on "Order".

The User must then identify himself :

- by accurately filling in the form made available to him, on which he will include the information necessary for his identification and in particular his surname, first name and postal address.
The User is informed and accepts that the entry of any identifier is proof of his identity and manifests his consent.

Once identified, an order form will appear on the screen, summarizing: the nature, quantity and price of the Products selected by the User, as well as the total amount of the order, the User's contact information, the delivery address of the Products.

Final validation of an order

The User must choose the proposed payment method and check 'I accept the General Terms and Conditions of Sale' to validate his order.

When the Buyer validates his order and his payment, a summary is displayed and mentions the transaction number. This summary is also sent to him/her in an order confirmation e-mail. This confirmation includes all the elements of the contract between the Parties.

Confirmation of an order

The data recorded by the Site constitutes proof of all transactions between KLYTIA PARIS and the Buyer. In the event of a dispute between KLYTIA PARIS and the Buyer concerning a transaction carried out on the Site, the data recorded by KLYTIA PARIS is considered as irrefutable proof of the content of the transaction.

In accordance with article L. 134-2 of the French Consumer Code, when an order is for an amount equal to or greater than 120 Euros, KLYTIA PARIS will keep the written record of the contract concluded between KLYTIA PARIS and the Buyer electronically for a period running from the conclusion of the contract until the date of delivery of the goods and for a period of ten years thereafter (in accordance with decree 2005-137 of 16 February 2005). The Buyer has access to this document at any time, on request to contact@klytia.paris, and by joining the justification of his identity.

Delivery problems

KLYTIA declines all responsibility in case of excessive delivery time due to the postal services, as well as in case of loss of the ordered Products or strike of the postal services. It is specified that the risks of transport are borne by the Buyer. In case of delay in delivery, the Buyer will have to report this delay, as soon as possible, to the Klytia customer service, by e-mail addressed to contact@klytia.paris. KLYTIA PARIS will then contact the postal services so that an investigation is carried out. The delay of a postal investigation can be long. Furthermore, it is specified that the property of the ordered Products will be transferred to the Buyer only at the total payment of the invoiced price, including the delivery charges.

Upon receipt of the ordered Products, the Buyer shall verify the conformity of these Products. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (missing or broken Product, damaged parcel,?) will have to be announced by the Purchaser on the receipt that the Post office will present to him at the time of the handing-over of the parcel and will have imperatively to be notified to the customer service Klytia, by e-mail addressed to contact@klytia.paris. Any claim made after 7 days will be rejected and KLYTIA PARIS will be released from any responsibility.

KLYTIA PARIS will not be responsible in case of loss, sending to a wrong address or delay in delivery of a product, as the risks of the transport that the Buyer chooses rest on him.

Applicable Law

The present general conditions of sale and the contractual relations between KLYTIA PARIS and the Buyer are subject to French law.

Jurisdiction is expressly attributed to the courts of Paris, the place of KLYTIA PARIS' permanent establishment.
