The Order:
The order is validated once the payment has been accepted by KLYTIA PARIS. KLYTIA PARIS reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer already has a dispute with KLYTIA PARIS or if KLYTIA PARIS believes that the Customer is at risk of defaulting on payment.
KLYTIA PARIS reserves the right to ask the Customer for additional information if it considers it necessary, such as proof of identity or proof of address. Without a response from the Client within 5 days of the order, the order and payment will be cancelled.
KLYTIA PARIS commits itself to honour the orders received, only within the limits of available stocks.
Deliveries in Metropolitan France:
Each order is prepared and shipped within 24 hours by Colissimo or Chronopost.
The delivery times are the sole responsibility of the Carriers and in no case the responsibility of KLYTIA PARIS could be engaged in case of non-respect of the delivery times.

RETURNS
You want to return a product ? No problem ! For any return, please send us an email to contact@klytia.paris to let us know. Thank you to specify : the number of your order, the returned product(s), the reason(s) for the return as well as a request for an exchange, a voucher or a refund. Thus you will be assured of the proper processing of your request and a greater speed in its management.
Any Customer can ask for the exchange of his article within 14 days as from the date of the order. The returns of orders shipped in metropolitan France and outside metropolitan France are at the expense of the Customer.
The product for which the Customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging.

We advise you to choose a shipping method with a tracking number. Without a tracking number, we will not accept any claim.

If the item is refused by KLYTIA PARIS, it will be returned to the Customer at the expense of KLYTIA PARIS without the Customer being able to demand any compensation whatsoever. If the return has not been announced by the customer, a voucher is automatically created and sent to the customer.
When the order was accompanied by a gift offered under conditions - for example, gift offered only if a minimum order amount was reached, such as the Goodie Bag - if you return products and the remaining amount of your order no longer meets the conditions of the offer, in this case you must also return the gift to us in order to be reimbursed (see our GCS).
Orders placed on the KLYTIA PARIS website cannot be returned or exchanged in the shops.
